Job summary

American Senior Communities, LLC is seeking a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) at Brownsburg Meadows to support residents’ daily living and well-being. The role runs Sunday through Thursday, 10 am to 6:30 pm, with a focus on compassionate care and teamwork.

You will work with therapy and nursing teams to provide engaging, dignified, individualized care, promoting a homelike environment and resident comfort. CNA certification in Indiana is required.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in Indiana is required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with mobility.
• Genuine passion for geriatric care and senior well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to support independence.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed by therapy team.
