Job summary

PsychPlus is hiring a Therapy Clinical Director for Mississippi. The role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership, initially remote as we establish the Mississippi clinic, then transitioning to in-person or hybrid work at the new location.

The ideal candidate will supervise up to 10 associate clinicians, maintain a 28–30 patient caseload weekly, and contribute to program development and quality care across the team.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed clinician eligible to provide supervision in Mississippi.
• Strong clinical and leadership experience.
• Passion for mentorship and team growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care (approx. 70% of duties) and lead clinical operations (approx. 30%).
• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 28–30 patients per week.
• Supervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians.
• Conduct clinician interviews and support team development.
• Help strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.
• Work remotely during the initial phase, transitioning to in-person or hybrid at the new Mississippi clinic location.
