Qualifications

• Fully licensed clinician eligible to supervise in Kentucky.
• Strong clinical and leadership experience.
• Passion for mentorship and team growth.

Responsibilities

• 70% clinical / 30% administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 28–30 patients per week.
• Supervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians.
• Conduct clinician interviews and support team development.
• Help strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.
• Work remotely during the initial phase as we establish our Kentucky clinic, then transition to an in-person or hybrid role at the new clinic location.
