Job summary

PsychPlus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision, supporting both patients and the next generation of clinicians.

In this position, you will maintain a substantial caseload while guiding up to 10 associate clinicians, conducting clinician interviews, and strengthening clinical programs to promote high-quality care in our community.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed clinician eligible to provide supervision in Oklahoma.
• Strong clinical and leadership experience.
• Passion for mentorship and team growth.

Responsibilities

• 70% clinical / 30% administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain an active caseload of approximately 28-30 patients per week.
• Supervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians.
• Conduct clinician interviews and support team development.
• Help strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.
