Qualifications

• Fully licensed clinician eligible to provide supervision in Texas.
• Strong clinical and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with a 70% clinical focus and 30% administrative responsibilities.
• Maintain an active caseload of 28–30 patients per week.
• Supervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians.
• Conduct clinician interviews and support team development.
• Strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.
