Qualifications

• Licensed clinician eligible to supervise in Hawaii.
• Proven clinical and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinical focus while managing 30% administrative duties.
• Keep an active caseload of roughly 28–30 patients per week.
• Supervise up to 10 associate clinicians and provide supervision.
• Conduct clinician interviews and support team development.
• Help strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.
• Work remotely during the startup phase, transitioning to in-person or hybrid in Hawaii.
