• Contributes to department goals while adhering to policies, procedures, quality and safety standards.
• Greets patients professionally, informs therapist of arrival, and prepares treatment rooms.
• Assists with patient treatment as directed by therapist and provides coverage when needed.
• Stocks linen, maintains supply par levels, and orders supplies as directed.
• Cleans equipment and treatment areas and ensures orderly storage rooms.
• Performs administrative tasks, schedules next day and supports efficient patient care delivery.
• Answers phones professionally and handles other administrative duties.
