Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting seeks a Treating Center Manager (PT/OT) to oversee therapy center operations while treating a full patient caseload. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and caseload efficiency, and drive local growth through referral source partnerships and community outreach.

This role requires active licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate care and documentation to maintain high-quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
