Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners seeks a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to run a therapy center with a full patient caseload, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through local referrals. This full-time role reports to the Manager of Clinical Operations or Clinical Operations Director, offering a competitive compensation package with bonuses and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and Windows proficiency.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload scheduling.
• Evaluate and document patient care with high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA.
• Oversee facility cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
