Job summary

Motion PT Group, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a Therapy Aide for our Hauppauge, NY location. This part-time role offers 15 hours per week with a $17/hour wage. Work Mon-Fri; scheduling will be discussed during interview.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers, setting up equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean treatment area. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; a pre-physical therapy/allied health track is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
• Looking for candidates who are available all year round.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred

Bilingual preferred
