Ernest Health, Inc. seeks a Therapy Patient Care Technician (Therapy Aide) to join the New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital team.

This full-time role supports licensed therapists and therapy staff in inpatient rehab, helping patients regain strength and independence through daily activities and therapeutic exercises. Under supervision, you will assist with therapy sessions, monitor patient progress, maintain equipment, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification required.
• One year hospital setting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide support care to patients under supervision.
• Assist therapy staff with activities and equipment.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Support the therapy team to ensure smooth daily operations.
