Ernest Health, Inc.’s New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time position in New Braunfels, Texas. You will deliver high-quality nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, coordinating with physicians and therapists to support patient recovery.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, CPR certification, and preferred ACLS for LTACH and Texas hospitals. A BSN is preferred, with 1 year of acute care experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current state RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• One year of recent experience preferred; acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
• Performs patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations.
• Collaborates with Physicians and Therapists to support patient outcomes.
• Maintains infection control and wound care standards and adheres to unit policies.
