Job summary

Ivy Health operates Ivy Rehab clinics in Massachusetts, delivering physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services. Therapy Aides support front office and help keep clinics safe and efficient for patients across multiple disciplines.

Ideal candidates are service-minded, with strong communication, time management, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, to support patients and care teams in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner.
• Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and possible weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to front office: answer phones, collect copays, check in patients.
• Maintain safe and clean clinic environment and equipment for patients.
• Communicate with patients and families to coordinate care and appointments.
• Assist therapy staff with scheduling and administrative tasks.
