Responsibilities

• Assists Physical Therapists in an outpatient orthopedic clinic.
• Ensures timely start of therapy sessions and clinic flow.
• Schedules appointments, preps charts and understands basic insurance.
• Checks in patients, explains financial obligations, collects co-pays.
• Uses Clinicient and Allscripts EMR; maintains patient safety and confidentiality.
• Handles supply management and cleans/sterilizes instruments.
• May travel to other clinics as needed.
