Job summary

ivyrehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to help keep the clinic clean and safe, support front office tasks like answering phones, collecting copays, and checking in patients. You will communicate with patients and their families to ensure they feel welcome and informed.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner.
• Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts and possible weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist front desk team with answering phones, checking in patients and collecting copays.
• Maintain clinic safety and cleanliness for patients and staff.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure comfort and understanding of processes.
• Support therapists and clinical team as needed to ensure smooth operations.
