Job summary

Qualifications

• Req High school or equivalent.
• Req Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to assist therapists in providing care.

• Req Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word as well as Internet access and utilization.
• Req Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assists therapist with scheduling of patients.
• Updates potential referrals from surgery schedule.
• Creates scheduling tags for new referrals.
• Transcribes the schedule.
• Distributes schedules to the nursing units.
• Set-up, clean up and assisting with patient treatment.
• Stocking linen and supplies; clerical functions.
• Effective communication/documentation with therapists about patient responses.
