Job summary

Motion PT Group, a member of the Confluent Health family, is hiring a Therapy Aide to support patient preparation, treatment areas, and equipment readiness in a busy clinic. You will help with transfers, keep the gym tidy, and ensure supplies are stocked; bilingual candidates are preferred, with a high school diploma or GED required.

This entry-level role offers structured training and opportunities to advance in physical therapy support, with a supportive team and a focus on patient movement
