Therapy Aide – Full Time

Outpatient Facility

Shift Hours: 40 hour week

Starting rate: $18/hr

Seeking full‑time therapy aide to join a growing multi‑disciplinary team. Candidate will facilitate efficient patient care by assisting clinicians in setting up and taking down patient interventions, supporting fall‑risk patients, maintaining clinic and equipment cleanliness, and completing administrative tasks such as ordering and compliance manual completion. Ideal candidate is an excellent team player, takes initiative to complete tasks, and is organized and process driven.

Additional duties include working with patients under a therapist's directions to provide comprehensive rehabilitation. Responsibilities include assistance to clinicians for direct patient care (transferring, toileting), infection control cleaning, light equipment maintenance, driving routes to transport patients to and from clinic, assistance to front desk for light clerical tasks, setting up patients on therapeutic activities, facilitating exercise groups, and other duties as assigned. Candidate must be hard‑working, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, be friendly, energetic, able to multitask, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute to a positive team. Must have a valid driver's license.
