Join Pro Rehab, an established therapy company with over 34 years of successful business. We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) to join our team! Positions are available at various locations, with some requiring you to float between sites.

Job Locations Include: Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Columbia Heights, Blaine, Buffalo, Maple Plain, Cold Spring, Willmar, Milaca, Princeton, Fargo (ND), Des Moines (IA)

Pay Range: $23 - $65/hour, depending on position and experience

Therapist Duties:

1. Provide high-quality therapy services to improve residents’ mobility, independence, and overall well-being.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (assist with this for PTAs & COTAs).
3. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support care.
4. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

Therapist Qualifications:

1. Current licensure for MN, ND, or IA.
2. Passion for working with individuals with diverse therapy needs.
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
