Rite of Passage in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring a Therapist for the Rite Care Program to provide direct clinical services to youth involved with the Juvenile Justice System. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and ensuring continuity of care under supervision.

Position requires a master’s degree, LMSW/LPC LLMSW licensure in Michigan, and at least 2 years of experience with at-risk youth. Telehealth and on-site sessions are possible, with 1pm-9pm schedule.

Competenze

• Have a master’s degree in related field.
• Be licensed as a LMSW (or LPC), or LLMSW in Michigan.
• Have at least 2 years’ experience working with at-risk youth.
• Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP Driver. Must possess a current state driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record for the past 3 years
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test

Mansioni

• The Therapist provides direct clinical services under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor and reports to the Program Manager. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to clients in accordance with state and Medicaid guidelines.
• The Licensed Therapist receives clinical supervision and guidance from the Clinical Supervisor to support professional growth, clinical compliance, and quality assurance.
• This position may include both telehealth and in-person sessions, depending on client and program needs.
