Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Role

As a Youth PHP Therapist at PrairieCare, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the mental health and well-being of our patients, ages 3-17, through a variety of therapeutic services, including:

• Collaborative Care: Work closely within an interdisciplinary treatment team, partnering with patients to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Comprehensive Assessment: Assess, plan, and implement psychotherapeutic services for children and adolescents
• Therapeutic Services: Provide a comprehensive range of therapy services, including individual, and family psychotherapy, as well as facilitating process groups.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Engage in enriching clinical opportunities that promote diversity, inclusivity, and equity within the therapeutic context.
  
  

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Licensure in the State of Minnesota is required.
• Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining clinical records and billing requirements.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for enhancing the lives of those you serve.
  
  

Pay range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 depending on education and experience.

We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual’s pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.
