Odyssey House is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for our Outpatient Program.

Job Location

Redwood Outpatient - 6150 S. Redwood Road, Taylorsville, UT 84123

Schedule

Sat/Sun 9:00 – 5:00; Thurs 12:00 – 8:00; remaining 2 days determined at hire.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 per year (subject to experience, shift differential, and licensure).

Responsibilities

Provide evidence‑based mental health therapy to adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting, maintain accurate and compliant client records, collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, practice trauma‑informed care, and adhere to Odyssey House mission and code of conduct.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (CSWi, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, MFTi, AMFT, LMFT) in the state of Utah.
• Strong knowledge of evidence‑based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of trauma‑informed care principles.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience managing shift schedules and providing care across a spectrum of adverse mental and behavioral symptoms.
