Position Details

1. Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create treatment plans, and complete documentation.
2. Target caseload of at least 25 clients per week, with 30 scheduled.
3. Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team.
4. Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
5. Coordinate services with relevant parties.
6. Attend staff meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college.
• Clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with treatment planning and clinical documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and timely documentation.
• Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation preferred.
• Proficiency with office technology and EHR systems.
• Background check clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Indiana licensed mental health professional.
• Experience with diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, teens, and adults.
• Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools is preferred.
• Insurance credentialing experience is a plus.
