Job summary

Heritage Behavioral Health Center in Illinois is seeking a Therapist - Youth and Family to provide trauma-informed therapeutic services while leading a dedicated team. This role combines direct clinical work with leadership responsibilities to stabilize foster placements and improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a graduate degree and have experience with youth and families. The position offers competitive salaries with benefits including every other Friday off as a paid wellness day.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
• Ability to obtain licensure as LSW or LPC within 6 months required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with youth and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to youth and foster families.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to IPS team members.
