The Youth Partial Care program provides intensive treatment for youth experiencing significant emotional or behavioral health concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional care for youth ages 8-18 and their families
2. Facilitate individual, group and family therapy
3. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
4. Assist with group activities, transportation and administrative tasks
5. Participate in collaboration with the treatment team
6. Provide culturally competent service delivery
7. Participate in innovative initiatives designed to engage communities in care and treatment
8. Oversee day-to-day program needs when Program Director is not onsite
9. Provide effective supervision of staff in accordance with established agency Supervision Protocols, including case and field supervision and performance/professional development
10. Use supervision effectively to explore professional development and training needs

Requirements:

1. Minimum of an LSW, LAC or AMFT
2. Supervision experience preferred
3. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record
4. Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care
5. Willingness to work evening hours

Additional Information:

1. Work Hours: Monday – Thursday, 12pm-8pm, Fridays flexible
