Job summary

Compass Health Network seeks a licensed therapist to join the Adult Outpatient team in Raymore. You’ll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults facing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

This full-time, benefit-eligible role offers weekday schedule with potential licensure supervision and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team focused on person-centered, recovery-oriented care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Licensure in Missouri (provisional or full) as listed (PLPC/LPC/PLMFT/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Coordinate referrals, waitlists, and client care in CSTAR/OUD settings.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans with persons served.
• Provide triage services during Open Access hours.
• Deliver culturally competent services aligned with each person’s needs.
• Maintain complete, accurate, timely documentation per agency/state regulations.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers for wraparound support.
• Offer crisis intervention during daytime hours per protocol.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activities.
• Provide licensure supervision (if applicable).
• Meet productivity and customer care expectations.
• Attend required trainings and ensure compliance with funders and accrediting bodies.

Education

Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology

Full-time, benefit eligible position. Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly.

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support clients through person-centered, integrated care—helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet agency-defined productivity standards and customer care expectations
• Attend all required training and maintain compliance with funders and accrediting bodies

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required

• Provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri:
  • PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW
