Job Summary
Evaluates and assesses patients to establish functional,measurable goals to promoterestorationoffunctionalabilities.Provides treatmentaccordingto a written plan of care to meet established goals. Plans for dischargeand communicatesfindings and progress accordingto professional licensure/certification,scope of practiceand departmental/disciplinepolicies and procedures. Produces other reports as needed. May supervise clinical students and support staff including certified/licensedassistants, technicians,and volunteers.Adheres to the ASHA Code of Ethics. Provides a caring relationshipthat facilitateshealth, and healing. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum required - Entry Level
Minimum Required - Education - Completion or an accredited Masters or Doctorate degree in Speech language Pathology, Communicative Disorders or Speech and Hearing Science.
Special Skills
Minimum Required - Basic computerliteracy skillssuch as keyboarding,using amouse, and navigating sites.
Licensure Description
SuccessfulcompletionofNational Examinationin SpeechLanguage Pathology.Registeredas a clinical fellow with stateboard of communciation disorders and sciences.
