Job summary

Northern Manhattan Rehab & Nursing Center in New York, NY is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) for a full-time position. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to complete their Clinical Fellowship in a supportive skilled nursing setting while gaining hands-on experience with a diverse resident population.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship in New York.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
• Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Northern Manhattan Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our rehabilitation team. What You'll Do
