Bradford Health Services in Biloxi, MS is seeking a Therapist for a PRN position to support individuals and families through mental health challenges. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, with crisis intervention when needed.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field, state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent), and experience in mental health counseling.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health field.
• Valid state licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
• Experience in mental health counseling, including individual and group therapy.
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and behavioral health principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based counseling techniques.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health episodes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
