Qualifications

• Job Summary: The Therapist provides clinical social work services, including psychosocial assessments, therapy, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.
• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, or related field required.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in psychiatric/mental health; 3 years in advanced clinical/management preferred.
• License: Appropriate state licensure; LCSW or higher preferred.
• Additional Requirements: Knowledge of TJC, CMS, OSHA regulations, patient rights, and applicable laws.

Work Hours: PRN, weekends and holidays as needed.
