Job Description

(Click Apply Now to apply to this job) ECA is seeking Pediatric Physical Therapists who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and professional, with a passion for helping young children achieve developmental milestones in a home-based setting.

Work Environment: Therapists work in the child's natural home environment, facilitating strengths-based therapy and collaborative co-treatments with an interdisciplinary team.

Job Duties:
  • Providing developmental assessments and play-based treatments for children birth to 3 in their homes.
  • Offering parent education and home programs aligned with treatment goals.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support child progress.
  • Completing biannual progress reports using standardized tools.
  • Other related duties.
Qualifications:
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current TB test.
  • Experience working in a home setting preferred; pediatric experience a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Must pass background and drug screening.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to excellence.
