Clover Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in HIALEAH, Florida. The role runs 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, starting 2026-07-20, with housing and health benefits available and travel pay offered.

You will evaluate conditions, develop plans, and guide patients through rehab to restore mobility. Daily duties include treating post-injury or post-surgical patients, documenting progress, and coordinating with care teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions, and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
• Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
• Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and therapy aides.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Discharge patients with individualized maintenance and self-management plans to support long-term recovery.
