Job summary

Clover Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist for a Delta, Colorado facility. The role runs 13 weeks with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, starting on 2026-07-27, and includes weekly pay of $2024–$2274.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, administer therapies, and document progress. You will supervise PTAs and therapy aides, coordinate with physicians, and discharge patients with home programs.

• Supervise PTAs and therapy aides as appropriate.
