Job summary

Universal Health Services, operating The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health, seeks a part-time Master’s level Therapist/Clinician to provide groups therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for patients in a private behavioral health system serving Greenville and surrounding areas.

You will administer psychosocial assessments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with families to support discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling or related field required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a psychiatric health care facility with direct family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills.
• Strong clinical assessment skills; addiction recovery and suicide prevention experience preferred.

The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health is currently looking for a Master's Level Therapist/Clinician to join our team of dedicated professionals.

The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health is a 156-bed private behavioral health system located on 13 acres in the Greenville, South Carolina Area. Specializing in psychiatric programs and substance abuse treatments such as detox and rehab, The Carolina Center serves Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and areas throughout South Carolina and western North Carolina. Position Summary

Qualifications

Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling or a similar educational degree required. Licensure preferred

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills. Must have strong clinical assessment skills. Addiction recovery and suicide prevention experience preferred.
