Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the respective states.
• Ability to evaluate patients within 24 to 48 hours of orders.
• Experience with treatment plan development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services timely.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Communicate with health team members regarding patient progress.
• Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
