Job summary

A rehabilitation service provider is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients to enhance mobility and function. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supervising assistants, and ensuring communication with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will hold a DPT and be licensed in Michigan. Qualifications

• Evaluates patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician's orders.
• Develops effective treatment plans.
• Treats patients according to the treatment plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Communicates with health team members regarding patient progress.
• Records treatment notes and billing of services.
