Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnose per DSM criteria.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling and facilitate group therapy via Zoom.
• Complete discharge summaries and other required documents.
• Lead psychoeducational or support groups.
• Stay current on trends and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Provide crisis intervention and maintain required certifications.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our corporate office team in Orange County, CA. This role will involve providing individual and group therapy via Zoom, with responsibilities including evaluating and diagnosing mental health disorders, creating treatment plans, and using therapeutic interventions to improve client well-being.

Requirements:

• Active certification: AMFT, APCC, ACSW
• Experience in biopsychosocial assessments and mental health diagnosis.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5 and therapeutic modalities.
• Crisis intervention and therapeutic service experience.
• Proficiency in writing progress notes to meet insurance standards.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ethical practice and adherence to professional standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
