Clover Health Services in Santa Fe, New Mexico is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide assessments, develop rehabilitation plans, and prepare clients for return to work.

This 13-week contract runs 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, starting 2026-09-07, with weekly pay of $2,101–$2,346. Requirements include NBCOT-registered OTR, MOT or OTD from ACOTE-accredited program, state licensure (OTR/L), and CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) credential from NBCOT required.
• Masters or Doctoral degree in OT from ACOTE-accredited program.
• State licensure required (OTR/L).
• CPR/BLS certification.
