Job summary

Clover Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lakeview, Oregon. The Therapist will conduct physical and psychological assessments, evaluate environments, advise on adaptive equipment, and develop rehabilitation plans to prepare clients for return to work.

Shift 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; Start 2026-07-17. Weekly pay ranges from $1,671 to $1,836. Housing and health benefits are available, along with travel pay and a refer-a-friend bonus.

Qualifications

• NBCOT-registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) credential required.
• State licensure as OTR/L required.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in OT from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Level II Fieldwork (6 months minimum).
• Pass NBCOT exam.
• CPR/BLS certification.
