Job summary

Therapy With Purpose LLC seeks a compassionate therapist to help clients grow, heal, and pursue meaningful change. The role offers flexible scheduling, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for training and development. Licensure in Arizona is required and a weekly caseload of 12–15 clients is expected.

The position supports hybrid remote work options and collaboration with a team of care providers to coordinate treatment plans and deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related clinical field.
• Appropriate active Arizona license or credential for the role.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy within your qualifications and scope of practice.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with providers and support staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain a weekly active caseload of at least 12–15 clients.
