Job Summary:

The position of Massage Therapist or Esthetician provides relaxing, soothing, and effective bodywork treatments for Members and Guests that encourage overall health and wellness.

Day to Day:

  • Conduct relaxing, soothing, safe, and beneficial bodywork treatments for Members and Guests in accordance with club standards.
  • Connect Members to other Members through ongoing contact and promotion of club activities, including warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, by engaging with each Member in the facility.
  • Be timely and prompt for all services.
  • Proactively seek new clients.
  • Ensure the workspace follows standards and is ready for use by Members and Guests, including maintaining and cleaning equipment, preparing the room, and having all necessary information available.
  • Promote facility amenities, programs, and the Club while maintaining professionalism and service quality aligned with the club's values and standards. This includes wearing a club-approved uniform and nametag.
  • Complete daily assignments to meet Club standards, including maintaining organized work areas and cleanliness.
  • Assist fellow Employees, Members, and guests to ensure the delivery of the 3 steps of service proactively and as part of the team.
  • Report Member/Guest complaints immediately and practice service recovery to rectify issues promptly.

About You:

  • You may be required to perform various functions as demands fluctuate, helping others as needed.
  • Adhere to all company, club, and department policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with proper grammar.
  • Work well under pressure, coordinating multiple tasks.
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • Maintain good conduct and safe working habits, ensuring safety for yourself and others.
  • Attend daily line-ups and participate as requested.
  • Wear a clean, neat uniform following ClubCorp standards daily.
  • Minimum of six months experience providing body treatments.
  • Degree from an accredited school if performing bodywork treatments.
  • State certification for applicable treatments and CPR certification.
  • Maintain client confidentiality, sharing information only with authorized personnel.
  • Encourage continuing education and share training information with staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
