The Therapist conducts biopsychosocial assessments, provides individual, family, and group therapy, and develops and updates treatment plans within designated timelines. The Clinician oversees patient discharge planning, ensures appropriate resource utilization, encourages active participation in programs, and documents all services and outcomes promptly. The Clinician also responds to emergency codes as needed.
