Mental Health Therapist - Full Time or Part Time

Responsibilities may include:

• Performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Providing scheduled patient visits.
• Ensuring treatment plans are current for each client.
• Completing thorough and clear progress notes.
• Communicating and following up regarding client status as needed.
• Collaborating with case management and psychiatric service providers.

Requirements for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with at least one year of therapy experience, or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S.
• Experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.
• Experience working in a home setting is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
