Job summary

Red River Youth Academy is seeking a compassionate Therapist (LPC or LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary team and provide essential mental health services to our clients on site. You will conduct individual and group therapy, develop treatment plans, and support youths in overcoming challenges.

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in Counseling or Social Work, an Oklahoma license (or supervision), and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• LPC or LCSW license in Oklahoma, or under supervision for clinical hours (LPC supervision provided)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with other treatment team members to provide comprehensive care
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress

Skills

LPC/LCSW licensed (OK)

Education
