Job summary

Red River Youth Academy is seeking a dedicated Therapist (LPC or LCSW) to provide essential mental health services to our clients in Norman, Oklahoma. You will conduct individual and group therapy, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support rehab and recovery in a drug-free environment.

A Master's degree and Oklahoma licensure (or supervision) are required; background check and drug testing are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• LPC or LCSW license in Oklahoma, or under supervision for clinical hours (LPC supervision provided)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary Range for full time: $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience
