Job summary

Universal Health Services in Little Rock is seeking a Therapist to provide therapeutic, clinical, and social services to children and teens with behavioral health needs. You will deliver individual and family therapies, crisis intervention, and educational activities to support emotional health.

The role requires a Master's in Social Work or related field and at least two years of psychiatric clinical experience, with opportunities for continuing education and career advancement within the UHS

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related mental health field.
• Minimum of two years experience in a psychiatric health care facility with direct experience in individual, family and group therapies.
• Crisis intervention experience desired; strong clinical assessment skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic consultation, individual therapy, and clinical services for patients and families, with teaching, crisis intervention, and family therapy.
• Offer information and referrals as needed to support patient care.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote emotional health and treatment goals.
