THERAPIST (LICENSED) PRN/AS NEEDED - Outpatient (PHP and IOP)

Join Rivendell Behavioral Health Services of Arkansas as a Licensed Therapist (PRN/As Needed) for Outpatient (PHP and IOP).

About Rivendell Behavioral Health Services

Located in Benton, AR, Rivendell is an 80-bed full-service behavioral healthcare facility serving Arkansas since 1985. We are committed to providing quality mental health and addiction treatment services, developing integrated delivery systems through partnerships with hospitals, community mental health centers, educational institutions, and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including social assessments, treatment planning, individual, group, family, and specialized psychotherapy.
• Develop discharge and continuing care plans.
• Interface with referral sources, community agencies, and healthcare facilities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, Joint Commission, State Health Department, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology from an accredited university.
• Appropriate State Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LPE) and maintenance of licensure.
• Minimum two years psychiatric treatment experience preferred, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of Arkansas laws and regulations governing services to adults is preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-escalation training (offered at facility).
