River Oaks Hospital in New Orleans, LA, is seeking a dynamic Social Worker/Therapist- PRN to deliver individual, family, and group therapy under the supervision of the Clinical Services Director or the director of outpatient services.
You will develop admission assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries within required time frames, liaise with families and external agencies, and apply CMS Standards of Practice to guide care and ensure quality outcomes for patients and families.

River Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Social Worker/Therapist- PRN. U under the supervision of the Clinical Services Director or the director of outpatient Services, the Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to meet caseload requirements. Responsible for developing and writing admission assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries within established time frames and formats. Is a liaison with families, outside agencies and referral sources. Responsible for assessment, design, structure, and implementation of therapy services to best meet the needs of patients and families. Performs duties in accordance with the CMS Standards of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care, and facility mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards.
