As a Licensed Therapist at Georgia HOPE, you'll provide advanced therapeutic services while also playing a key role in clinical oversight, ensuring individuals receive effective, ethical, and outcomes-driven care.

This role may be clinic-based, community-based, or hybrid, depending on program needs. In addition to managing your own caseload, you'll serve in a supervisory capacity, with your license supporting services delivered by others on the team. You'll be responsible for maintaining active licensure, meeting ongoing training requirements, and ensuring appropriate oversight of clinical work under your supervision. Success in this role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership capability, and the ability to balance direct service delivery with oversight responsibilities. You'll work within a collaborative environment that emphasizes quality improvement, professional growth, and expanding access to care across the communities we serve.
