Health Connect America is seeking a licensed therapist for Georgia HOPE to provide clinical services that empower individuals and families facing emotional and behavioral challenges. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, create goal-oriented plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy across individuals, groups, and families.
You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage a clinical caseload with crisis support as needed, and document thoroughly to ensure compliance and quality

This role may be clinic-based, community-based, or a hybrid of both, depending on program needs. You’ll manage a clinical caseload with a mix of scheduled sessions and responsive client care, including occasional crisis support. Success in this role requires strong clinical judgment, organization, and the ability to build trust with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team while maintaining autonomy in your clinical approach, with ongoing support through supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
